01. The new CCT corporate identity
Following a three-way pitch, CCT selected Gravity to redesign its corporate identity. With the company’s original name – Call Centre Technology – rapidly becoming outdated, abbreviating the name seemed the most feasible approach.
CCT specialises in contact centre technology. In its first eight years of business, CCT’s rapid growth meant the company needed to consolidate and re-evaluate its literature and corporate identity.
Following on from the identity project we then addressed the brand positioning in 2008. This saw us develop a creative and messaging to reflect the company’s new approach. Featuring illustrations by Lee Woodgate, we launched the creative online with a complete website redesign performed in collaboration with web specialists, Rockpool.
It was a pleasure finding someone who listened to our ambitions, respected our history and designed an identity to be proud of. We enjoy a superb working relationship with Sam, who we now consider an extension of our marketing team.
