It might sound revolutionary to our ‘blue-sky-thinking’ comrades in the industry, but we have always put our clients’ needs first – even if they’re too time-stressed or resource-squished to keep an eye on every stage of the process. It’ s an approach that takes trust on both sides, but we find it works beautifully.
Here are just a few more of the innovative ways that Gravity can make a difference to your business...
What’s the point in an agency swanning into your offices on day one and opening with “This is what we do’? We find “what do you do?” works much better. We want to find out as much as we can about your business objectives and audience, so that we can come up with creative that’s bang-on brand, and on-message.
Our longstanding experience means that we’ll be able to foresee potential glitches and bring them to your attention before they become a deadline-crunching problem.
And similarly, because we’ll know your business inside out, we can get to work on side projects without you having to take the time to formally brief us. We’ll even write the brief for you to sign-off, if that helps!
By engaging in a close working relationship and by getting to grips with what you do and how you like things done, we’ll be able to become guardians for your brand. We’ll uphold all the style, content and typographical details that are so important, leaving you time to deal with new marketing strategies.
We appreciate that we too have a responsibility to control quality. And while you’ll retain final sign-off, you won’t spend your time proofing, picking up small mistakes or typographic errors. We take the time to get it right before delivery.
With many marketing departments facing brow-furrowing budget cuts and diminishing resources, we probably don’t need to remind you of the pressure you’re under to justify your outgoings to the rest of the business. Our attention to detail, streamlined processes and great creative mean that we can help you to shine.
Yep, niceness. It goes a long way. Design is all about the details, but you’ve got better things to do than continually wrangle with an agency. Our diligent approach in the initial stages of every project means that we can work as an extension of your team, without you having to manage us. Which is much nicer. For everyone.
The new Special Diet Guide and brochure have been very well received. They’re informative, appealing and tie in with the corporate theme, but are sufficiently different to stand apart from the other materials. The Special Diet has gone down particularly well with healthcare professionals. The brochure makes it so easy for them to choose the right meals for their patients.
